just a quick note for those who are concerned about the recent political tensions in Thailand and the impact they are having on our trip.

We are totally fine, and still having a lovely time.

We are lucky to even see newspapers where we are at the moment, let alone political demonstrations.

We have heard that there are some problems in Bangkok at the moment (which is where we are heading in a week or so), but we will stay up to date with the situation as far as possible and stay out of any trouble spots. since we arent taking any flights into or out of Bangkok, we should be pretty much OK without even trying.

anyway, we will update the blog when something more interesting happens. take it easy.
